The Compass Hotel - Amman

The location proved convenient for reaching local attractions. Enjoyed the excellent burger at the hotel restaurant. It lingered in my thoughts long after. Service at the restaurant was excellent. The room experience fell short. Pillows arrived wet initially, off-putting. We encountered issues with inconsistent hot water during showers. The bed consisted of two twin mattresses that separated during the night, disrupting sleep. Lighting was uneven, with several bulbs out. Although clean, the room felt cramped, and the linens showed signs of wear. Waiting for basic amenities like shower gel and shampoo felt unnecessary. Improvements in room essentials would enhance the overall stay, considering the positive dining experience.

It was amazing 1 day, would have stayed for longer. Perfect venue, unbeatable location near to restaurants, the center of business area and shopping and supermarkets, enjoyed our stay. The employees were outstandingly accommodating and kept it all clean.

we had the twin room provided with excellent value for money, 2 beds attached together, as example. comfortable and unbeatable location, marka airport was 20 km away.

The cleaning staff didn't remove dirty cups from the room or stock up the toilet supplies effectively.

The hotel was clean, I liked it. The room was high standard and brand-new, and it had a safe, TV, and a mini bar fridge that were useful. Very helpful folks in the Night Shift.

Didn't like the area, it was really busy.

It was just a commendable fit for a whistle-stop in Amman with high value for money. The breakfast was satisfying, with a great selection that kept me energized for the day. When parking, just be aware that the attendant might not always be around, so plan accordingly.

Kinda surprised by the complimentary water bottles , nice touch to keep guests hydrated. The modern lobby design created an inviting vibe every time I walked in.

Rooms could definitely benefit from a better cleaning routine. Some soaps were previously used, and layers of dust were noticed in several areas. For those who cherish peace, the soundproofing falls severely short-disturbances from hallway chatter echoed through the rooms. Inconsistent air conditioning left a friend's room sweltering until it was wired appropriately.

I appreciated the friendly staff were really nice to help . The modern furnishings in the room were a pleasant surprise. I also enjoyed the city view from my window, made the mornings even more good.
